Login credentials | You will need to use the email and mobile phone number recorded for you as the Authorised Person in your ESO’s profile. You will need to have that mobile phone with you |
Wrong login place | You do not need to log into the ATDP website for access to the AR. From the ATDP home page (www.atdp.org.au) click on the words “Find an Advocate” in the top right of the page, then click on “ESO Login” in the top right of the AR homepage |
Your ESO is not listed | There are several reasons why your ESO may not appear and the best solution is to contact us through ATDPEnquiries.dva.gov.au |
Your ESO is listed but the number and type of advocate working through your ESO is not what you think it should be, | Your Authorised Person is responsible for assigning trained advocates to your ESO’s profile, an advocate can be assigned to more than one ESO |
